Registration fees:

Registration will include the Evening Reception, breakfast buffets, lunches and coffee breaks.

  • Exhibitor Rate: $2,250 (includes table, two chairs and a trash can)
    • Please note: Freight and electric are not included and will be handled separately.)
  • Attendee Rate: $900
  • Additional Booth Attendee: $650 (Your 10x10 exhibit space includes two (2) registrations. Please make sure you register your booth personnel when registration is open)
  • Spouse Rate: $350 (The spouse/guest rate will also include the Evening Reception, breakfast buffets, lunches and coffee breaks)
  • Single Day Rate: $350

Call for Presentations:

We are currently seeking presentation proposals consisting of recent incidents, training, research & application, mental and physical health, leadership, strategies and tactics, and new ideas or concepts relating to Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting. The deadline for submissions has been extended to Friday, January 23, 2026. Click here to submit!
