Registration Fees

A Monday evening reception, lunches, refreshment breaks and a gala dinner are included in registration. Breakfast is available through the hotel. A detailed schedule of sessions and meals will be available soon. All rates are listed in USD.

Attendee Rate: $499

Spouse Rate: $125

Exhibitor Rate: $1525 (includes table, two chairs and a trash can) Please note: Freight and electric are not included and will be handled separately. Each booth space includes two (2) booth personnel. You will be asked to include the two booth personnel when registering for your booth.
