About

NoFoam Systems is a Proportioner Testing company for AFFF to SFFF (F3) Transitions and annual FAA Inspections. We are the industry leaders in FAA accepted input and output based testing, as well as FM approved for fixed proportioning systems with our NoFoam FixPipe product.

F3 Transitions: Output-based Testing - NoFoam Surrogate Test Liquid: We offer a NoFoam Surrogate Test Liquid formulated to match the Viscosity of each F3 Brand on the FAA QPL, allowing for accurate output-based conductivity testing in accordance with NFPA 460. Our Surrogate Test Liquid is Biodegradable, Cost-efficient* transition testing, FAA accepted “dial-in” transition process to optimize proportioning and efficiently comply with CertAlert 24-11's "Transition Complete" requires OUTPUT-BASED testing.

Annual Inspections: Input-based Testing - NoFoam Series 500 Testing Equipment: We offer Input-based (in-line) foam proportioner test equipment covered under PGL 23-02: Further Extension (through November 2025) of Eligibility for Stand-Alone Acquisition of Input-Based Testing Equipment and Truck Modification (originally November 2023). Grant process: Every region is unique, your regional FAA ADO would be your first stop for inquiring about the grant funding according to PGL 23-02 extended to Nov 2025. There is a predetermined process.
