Retired from the Clark County Fire Department, where he spent 25 years as the Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting Training Officer. Bill is also a Retired USAF Firefighter, and Airport Master Firefighter (A.M.F.) with more than 46 years in the fire service. He is a Brian Pugh Outstanding ARFF Training Officer Award recipient and is a ARFF Working Group Legend Award recipient. Bill is the Missouri state representative for Section 4.
