Registration fees:

Registration will include the Evening Reception, breakfast buffets, lunches and coffee breaks.

• Exhibitor Rate: $2,250 (includes table, two chairs and a trash can)
  • Please note: Freight and electric are not included and will be handled separately.)
• Attendee Rate: $900
• Additional Booth Attendee: $650 (Your 10x10 exhibit space includes two (2) registrations. Please make sure you register your booth personnel when registration is open)
• Spouse Rate: $350 (The spouse/guest rate will also include the Evening Reception, breakfast buffets, lunches and coffee breaks)
• Single Day Rate: $350

Call for Presentations:

We are currently seeking presentation proposals consisting of recent incidents, training, research & application, mental and physical health, leadership, strategies and tactics, and new ideas or concepts relating to Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting.
